Job Title:
Sales Manager/Director, DFW Dealers

Job Description:
MOLOCAR is growing and we are seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented Sales Manager for our DFW operations. As an early stage startup, you will enjoy the thrill ride of launching an innovative suite of service and solutions to the market. If you have retail auto dealership experience, a proven record of successful outside sales, a strong work ethic, and enjoy working with an outstanding team, we have the career for you! We are looking for a strong, high-energy business developer and closer to manage this territory. You must be able to establish partnership style relationships with existing customers and be comfortable with cold calling to identify new prospects.

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business through outside sales activities including cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning and client relationship building. Technical Sales Manager, Texas Dealers

Job Description:
MOLOCAR is growing and we are seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented Technical Sales Manager for our DFW and Austin operations. As an early stage startup, you will enjoy the thrill ride of launching an innovative suite of services and solutions to the market. If you have retail auto dealership experience, a strong technical background and understanding of software and services, a strong work ethic, and enjoy working with an outstanding team, we have the career for you! We are looking for a strong, high-energy self-starter to work hand and glove with our sales and business development team. You must be able to establish partnership style relationships with existing customers and be supporting sales teams, demonstrating technology, deploying technology solutions. You must be adept at working with our solution architects and our sales teams at the same time, ensuring that MOLOCAR’s solutions become operational with our dealer partners.

The Technical Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring the technical roll-out of MOLOCAR’s solutions. You will work at an early stage with the sales team, understanding and specific customer requirements and translating those into a successful deployment and ongoing operations. You will also be responsible for technical training of the dealer (Train the trainers) as well as broader training with our dealer partner teams. You will also be front line support for any issues in the field and troubleshooting with MOLOCAR technical teams to keep dealers fully operational. Building a relationship with our customers is important and capturing ongoing requirements and ways to improve and evolve our software and services also key. This position includes a high degree of autonomy, so it requires a proven track record as a self-starter with proven performance. Understanding of technology and hands-on experience important.

Software Engineer: 

A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of SOLID principals, ability to write meaningful unit tests effectively communicate and work with team members.

Must haves:
·  Minimum of 5 years of middle-tier development in C#
· Minimum of 2 years of REST Api development experience
· Minimum of 2 years of SQL Server and ability to write basic queries, stored procedures and views.
· Production use of MongoDB and document design/indexing strategies
· Distributed system experience using a messaging framework like NServiceBus or RabbitMQ
· Production experience working with Azure or AWS
· Production experience with IOC Containers
· Production experience with

Nice To Haves:
· Load Testing Experience
· Experience working with Angular, Prototype, React or jQuery JavaScript libraries.
· Experience with Geolocation Algorithms
· Google Mapping Api
· Auth0 Identity Server

Client Side Web Developer:

· Must have a minimum of 5 years of JavaScript  experience
· Must have solid experience in at least two JavasSript libraries likeReactJS, jQuery, Angular, BackBone, Knockout, Aurelia, Ember.
· Must have experience working with REST APIs.
· Must have solid CSS and HTML experience
· Comfortable working in Visual Studio.
· The candidate must have great communication skills, clearly articulate improvements and blocks.
· Experience with C# is a plus, but not a requirement.
· Experience with Google’s Mapping Apis is a big plus.
